General Information

We do our best to accommodate requests, however we cannot promise to reserve your preferred choice of suite.

Guests are requested not to wear outdoor shoes on upper floors. Please bring soft indoor shoes for your own comfort.

1 Sallyport is a fully licensed hotel, if you want to bring your own wine there's a £10 corkage charge per bottle.

Arrival Time - It is very important that you let us know when you are to arrive so that there is someone to welcome you. Please telephone us the morning of your arrival to confirm the time. Your room will be ready from 4:00pm although earlier arrivals can be accommodated if you are nice to us!

Day of departure - Please vacate your room by 11:00am (12:00 on Sunday).

Special Offers and Discounts - A non-refundable deposit of 100% is required when booking.

Booking - A non-refundable deposit of 100% is required before a booking can be confirmed. For security purposes this must be paid by phone using a credit or debit card.

Cancellation - We hope you don't have to but if you do we require 10 days notice and if cancelled after this time, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee (unless the room can be resold).

Changes - Outside the 10 days notice if you wish to change the dates of your stay a £20 administration fee will be payable.

Parking - There is a free car park 100 yards from the house and we can give you a disk to display (overnight until 11am each day). There is also a large pay and display car park less than one minute away on the Quayside. An off-street parking bay adjacent to the house is also available for £12 per day.

Cyclists are very welcome - bike storage available, large hot baths and home made cakes on standby!
